They make some of the best coffee I have ever had using some weird and wonderful methods.

But for this clip it was the turn of Domingo Chavez to try his hand at the world’s first syphon latte.

Some pictures from the build I did on Thursday for the United Kingdom Barista Championships.

All built from scrap we found on site and though a bit wobbly to look at, all the tops are perfectly level.

Dave Buonaguidi will be playing pingpong non stop against a mix of staff and clients for a whole day and all for charity, AgeUK to be specific.
